Using Roost & Record Co.
By creating an account and using Roost & Record Co. you agree to these terms. The service is provided for personal, non-commercial use to help you manage your backyard flock. You must be 13 or older to use the service.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login details secure. Don't share your account. Each account is for one person or household. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately via roostandrecord.co/contact.
Your data
Everything you enter into Roost & Record Co. belongs to you. We don't own it. You can export or delete it at any time. We won't use your flock data commercially or share it with third parties (see our Privacy Policy for full details).
Subscription & billing
Plans are available monthly at £4.99/month or annually at £39.99/year. Your 7-day free trial begins when you start — no charge until the trial ends. A valid payment method is required to start a trial. You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We don't offer refunds for partial periods, but if something went wrong please contact us and we'll do our best to sort it out.
Acceptable use
Please don't use the service to do anything illegal, harmful, or abusive. Don't attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Service availability
We aim for high availability but can't guarantee it. We may occasionally need to take the service down for maintenance. We'll try to give notice when we can. We're not liable for any losses resulting from downtime.
Changes to the service
We may add, change, or remove features over time. We'll do our best to notify users of significant changes. If we discontinue the service entirely, we'll give at least 30 days notice and provide data export tools.
